Happy New Year, Vibe Tribe!

The start of a new year is often a time of reflection and of planning, of looking both backwards and forwards. While many approach the new year as a clean slate, we are excited to take this moment to not only consider all that lies ahead for us, but also to reflect upon those lessons, experiences, and emotions that filled the slate of the year that is closing to choose what will continue to serve us into the new year.

 
 

We asked our Vibe Guides to share with us the things that they are bringing with them into 2026, and also what they are putting down, leaving behind in 2025. Here is what they had to say.

Vibe Guide and Social Media Manager Jen’s reflection offers us a beautiful insight into the power of habits and daily practices. She shared: “I began writing in a gratitude journal this year, and that habit is absolutely coming with me into 2026. It has prompts to start the day and end the day, so I am able to bookend each day with a few purposeful and contemplative minutes to myself. Taking that time is a great challenge, and is important for someone like me who is very busy and happily extroverted. It has also made a tremendous impact on the way I approach and close each day. I held out on starting the journal for so long because I believed it was overdone and mostly performative. I am so glad to have been proven wrong.

I am leaving behind any sort of limiting belief or factors that have hindered my capacity to be my best self. One thing I did this year that has had a massive shift on my general demeanor, functionality, and quality of life was to do a massive cleanup of clutter in my bedroom, bathroom, office space, car, etc. (I'm talking borderline hoarders level). Although it was a difficult and daunting process, it has allowed me to bring my space back to life with my own personality and charm. The belief that it was too much to handle held me back for so long - but now I'm moving forward knowing I can tackle anything, and that the process is ultimately worth it for the peace in which it results.”

Personal Trainer and Vibe Guide Melissa reflected on resilience and inner strength, as she had this to share: “The year of the snake was 2025, shedding unwanted layers, anxieties, and toxic things. It was about growing stronger and tougher skin to carry into the new year of 2026, the year of the horse. I am holding onto the new skin I’ve grown into and the opportunities I’ve embraced. For 2026, I’m going to become my strongest version of myself - mentally and emotionally. The physical will come with the strength inside. I’d like to embrace myself, my struggles, and not make excuses or feel guilty for taking care of my mental health.”

Vibe Guide Tessa reminds us of the power of presence and grounding, as she had this reflection to share with us: “I am taking my contentment and gratitude into 2026. Trying to be present in the busy moments as well as the slow moments. I’m leaving behind trying to control things that are out of my hands. “

Vibe Guide Amy L reflected on each piece of our prompt, sharing: “What am I carrying with me into 2026? A deeper trust in what I am capable of, a desire to continue discovering and learning, and a steady breath to guide me through any moments of uncertainty.

What am I leaving in 2025? I am leaving any noise and debris that cloud the unique, divine guiding voice that lives within each of us, I am leaving the heavy energy of should/would/could so that there can be space for all that is waiting to come next.”

We are so proud of our team and this community for the dedication, effort, and commitment that you have all shown in growing your strength and power - physically, mentally, and emotionally - throughout 2025. We are so excited to see how you choose to carry these habits, thoughts, practices, and intentions with you into 2026.
