Happy November, Vibe Tribe! As we enter the season of giving thanks, let’s remember that gratitude is more than a passing feeling - it’s a practice, a way of seeing the world that has the power to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. This month, we turn our focus to cultivating gratitude. Not just for what is going well, but for the growth that comes from facing challenges, for the connections that keep us grounded, and for the simple joys that remind us that we are alive. When we move through our days with appreciation, we expand our capacity for joy, resilience, and connection. So this November, take a breath and notice what you’re thankful for, whether in your home, your community, or your journey. Let gratitude be the thread that weaves presence into your days and warmth into your interactions. This month, consider a daily practice of asking yourself the following set of questions: What am I grateful for right now - what’s a small joy I am thankful for, one challenge that’s helping me grow, and one connection that brings warmth and grounding to my day?

Exploring Resiliency Through Dance

Discover how movement can help you heal, grow, and reconnect with your inner strength. In this reflective dance workshop, you’ll explore how science shows that dance can literally rewire the brain - supporting mental health, emotional balance, and resilience.
Through guided movement, breathwork, and creative expression, you’ll release stress, reconnect with your body, and uncover the power of dance as a tool for transformation. No dance experience needed - just an open heart and a willingness to move.
We will set a private intention at the beginning of class so please bring a notebook. Please wear soft shoes, socks or barefoot.
90 minute class. $15 for members (use code WORKSHOP10) $25 for non-members

Free Class! Each month Vibe Vault Fit hosts a Free Featured Format so you have the opportunity to try and fall in love. Your next chance is our Circuit Training Strength class on Thursday December 11th @ 10:30am with Melissa. Circuit Training Strength is a high-energy, 45-minute workout with stations set up around the room, each featuring a different exercise. Rotate through timed intervals of cardio, strength, and core work to build muscle, boost endurance, and challenge your whole body. All levels welcome with modifications provided.
