Happy February Vibe Tribe! As we take this next step in our resilience journey, we invite you to lean into the idea of growth as an active choice. Growth isn’t about returning to who we were before a challenge, rather it requires us to allow our experiences to shape who it is we are becoming. Growth is the practice of building on our strengths, staying open to learning, and meeting obstacles with curiosity rather than resistance. To choose growth means accepting each challenge as an opportunity and each obstacle as a building block towards our stronger, most genuine selves. This month, let go of the pressure to have it all figured out. Instead, turn your attention toward evolution over perfection. To guide your reflection, we offer you the following question to consider: How can I honor my experiences while allowing myself to evolve?


Reconnect Your Core Workshop

Sunday February 8th @ 11am

Strengthen your body from the inside out. Join pelvic physical therapist Dr. Holly Wells for an empowering workshop designed to help you understand and activate your core and pelvic floor. This beginner-friendly session blends education with guided movement, including core training, glute and hip strengthening, mobility work, and time for Q&A. Walk away feeling stronger, more supported, and more in tune with your body.

Dr. Holly Wells is a native of West Chester and proudly serves clients and women in the Chester County community and beyond. Holly is a wife and active mother of two boys, and founder of Forever Strong Physical Therapy and Wellness.

Following the birth of her first son, Holly became passionate about increasing awareness about pelvic health and integrating this into her orthopedic physical therapy practice.

She is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist and a Pelvic Rehab Certified Provider.

Holly enjoys helping prenatal, postpartum, peri and postmenopausal clients navigate pelvic pain, incontinence, weakness, and more.

Journey with Bhavna Shyamalan, "Dr. B", through this in-person, four-part workshop series -- part of the Bounce Back Better® System (A Flourishing Center® Program) -- designed to help you build mental strength, cultivate emotional resilience, and step into personal mastery.

Grounded in positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and cognitive science, each workshop offers practical tools to help you quiet your inner critic, manage stress, reframe challenges, and respond to life with intention instead of reactivity.

Across four monthly sessions, you’ll move through a powerful progression—from mindset and emotional awareness to mental mastery and relational resilience. Each workshop builds on the last, creating meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or simply ready to grow, this series offers a supportive space to reconnect with your inner strength.
